Shipping Costs

  • United States: Free standard shipping on all orders over $49. Orders under $49 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $9.99.
  • United Kingdom: Free standard shipping on all orders over £49. Orders under £49 are subject to a flat shipping fee of £9.99.
  • Canada: Free standard shipping on all orders over $49. Orders under $49 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $9.99.

All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).
Transit Time: 6–8 business days (Monday through Friday).
Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days from the date of order.

Carrier Services

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we partner with trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS and FedEx (United States), Royal Mail (United Kingdom), and Canada Post (Canada). Carrier selection is determined based on your location and the most efficient delivery method.

Tracking Your Order

Delivery Considerations

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not been delivered within 15 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact our support team. Poolafy will work directly with the carrier to locate your shipment and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. For damaged items, we may request photo documentation of the product and packaging to assist with resolution.
